I didn’t start in classrooms. I started in communities — working on domestic violence, HIV & AIDS, street children, and gender equality. As a sociologist, I saw firsthand how deeply systems shape lives. But everything changed when I became a parent. Seeking meaningful education for my child, I co-founded Ukti, North India’s first Waldorf school. From teaching and training teachers to guiding parents, my work has always been about creating learning spaces that transform lives — including my own.
